We are pleased to welcome you to our Bed and Breakfast, “Camum\u00ecdha\u201d.<\/p>

In order to provide each guest with a pleasant stay, we invite you to please read the following \u201chouse rules\u201d.
For\u00a0the\u00a0purpose of a good cohabitation, please observe not only\u00a0the\u00a0rules\u00a0dictated\u00a0by\u00a0the\u00a0law\u00a0but\u00a0even\u00a0those\u00a0coming from\u00a0good common sense and mutual respect.<\/p>

Room Cleaning Service<\/h3>

Room cleaning, towel and linen changes are carried out once every three days and upon each guest change from 10:00 AM to 12:00 AM. If at the time of cleaning, the rooms are occupied, cleaning will be postponed to the next day. If, on the other hand, you do not want such a service to be rendered, regardless of whether the room is occupied or not, simply display on the outside of the door the appropriate door tag “Please do not disturb!\u201d. Guests requiring daily housekeeping and linen\/towel changes must inform the property manager. This service is available at an additional charge of \u20ac10.00 per day.<\/p>

Method of Payment<\/h3>

A deposit of 50% of the total is required as a guarantee to be paid by Bank Transfer or by credit\/debit card. The balance relating to the entire length of stay must be paid in cash or by credit\/debit card when the keys are given to the guest. Our B&B accepts credit and debit cards. However, checks are not accepted. Upon payment, a simple receipt is issued. If an invoice is required, please advise the personnel in advance at the time of booking. The tourist tax in the municipality of Gerace, RC- is FREE and requires no alternative payment.<\/p>

Check-in and Check-out Times<\/h3>

Rooms are available from 4:00 pm and must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day following the last overnight stay. If necessary, we allow our guests to leave their luggage in the care of the manager, after they have checked out. Please note check-in must take place within 7 p.m. If there are any problems, it would be advisable to contact us by phone and notify us with an approximate time of arrival. We also ask you to please take note that in case of early departures, no refunds will be given.<\/p>

Registration<\/h3>

Upon arrival, Guests are required to present a valid ID document, ID card or passport or a visa or residence permit. The data provided will be treated in accordance with the obligations of confidentiality and security regulated by current legislation and will be processed exclusively for purposes related to the activity and will not be distributed or shared for any other purposes.<\/p>

Number of persons<\/h3>

The owner’s consent is needed to introduce people to the B&B who have not registered their identity documents and therefore it is not otherwise permissible.<\/p>

Animals<\/h3>

Pets are not allowed in the B&B.<\/p>

Breakfast hours<\/h3>

Breakfast is served from the hours of 7:30 am to 10:00 am.\u00a0 In case our guests are in need of special requirements, the time must be previously agreed upon with the manager.<\/p>

General rules of Accommodation<\/h3>
  • Smoking is prohibited inside the common areas and guest-rooms. However, smoking is allowed in the garden and on the balconies, where we emphasize the use of ashtrays.<\/li>
  • It is forbidden to flush diapers and anything that may clog the plumbing. All bathrooms are equipped with appropriate bins for such products.<\/li>
  • It is strictly forbidden to\u00a0walk around\u00a0the\u00a0B&B wearing clothing\u00a0that\u00a0could offend\u00a0the decency of\u00a0others.<\/li><\/ul>

    Safety, Liability of Guest for Damage<\/h3>
    • Although the rooms have good sound insulation, please do not make noise from 11p.m. to 8 a.m., in order not to disturb other guests. In any case, it is asked to maintain a behavior that even during the day, in no way, harms the tranquility of others.<\/li>
    • When leaving the B&B, guests are asked to turn off the lights, television, and other equipment.<\/li>
    • The owner must be reimbursed for any damages caused by the guest to the B&B. Additional equipment included.<\/li><\/ul>

      Recommendations<\/h3>
      • It is requested that guests keep an eye on their belongings as the B&B owner is not accountable for their care.<\/li>
      • Customers are encouraged to close the main door, the entrance door and take appropriate care of the keys.<\/li>
      • It is not recommended to leave keys in the lock.<\/li>
      • Guests, prior to departure, are required to return the keys.<\/li>
      • The cost for replacing the lock and entire set of keys will be charged to the guest if the house keys are lost.<\/li><\/ul>
